Some willhaven assets will be included in the mods, thanks to dragbody. Willhaven itself is still worked out, so it will probably be again available soon
It really is incredible what can happen when talented modders, capable of accomplishing great feats of modding on their own, team up to create a project together. And it all, just works, as Todd Howard would say.

Real talk, I'm more excited for the Frontier than I am Fallout 4, and that's saying a lot.
