Animated projectile fins
a lot of big potential in FNV, all thanks to modding
Just love the top picture, then you get blown away by seeing the Tank in VATS. Finally a use for the Russian Anti-Tank Guns and the Elephant Gun. Kudos
Here are my thoughts on Tanking....
I think that with the cannon on the tank shooting at the wall should be more smoke and particles than fire. I do not know what type of munitions (H.E., A.P., H.E.A.T.) you all are planning on using for the cannon, yet, the HEAT and HE rounds mainly produced a large cloud of smoke and shrapnel than it did with fire. AP rounds had a bit of fire to them.
Here is an example of what I'm trying to say. I also hope this will give you all some ideas on how to do the Tanking for the mod. (Don't worry, there is some footage of the Sherman being used)

The effects are awesome! Keep up the good work!
What's shown here is only functionality + scripting.
Frontier will have its own custom explosion system, to make the visuals more next-gen like Crysis ect.
ie : arcs. Next-gen explosion additions like fire/smoke/spark arcs.
Thanks for the input, but rest-assured we've got things covered, we are just in the 'pre-early-alpha' phase, so no finals really exist.
Prepare for dynamic mayhem and wonton chaos, the kind that'll make you lock your room door and keep just one hand on the keyboard
I for one, often sip a coffee, check my phone, write on notebook, type on calculator, or eat snacks, all while keeping the other hand on the keyboard
