About this image
Hi guys!
The game files hold a bunch of hobo signs which are mostly unused in the playable game. I came across them and I decided to add a few to the Casa Madrid Apartments I am currently working on, seeing as the place is likely to attract wandering wasteland vagrants. I added a few signs to the apartment doors of Saint James, Marco and Tom Anderson. It's a fun and subtle way of characterizing the various tenants the buidling has. Let's see if you can figure out what each set of signs means!

Sounds very logical - like the "Kilroy" tag in OWB Nice work
I think the top one means "don't bother, this place is burnt"
Bottom left means something like it's possible to get a bed for the night [or is it medical attention] here?
Bottom right means get out fast, this place is actively unfriendly to hobos.
You are mostly right on what the signs mean, actually! The bottom left does indeed mean 'doctor here' and 'this man is friendly' (Tom Anderson). Spot on about the bottom right, it means 'get out fast' and 'dishonest man' (Saint James, of course). The top however means the exact opposite: 'this place is worth robbing' and 'this place is well guarded' (Marco's apartment, who owns the building and is likely to have caps worth stealing).
