The only trouble I had with previous versions was when using body replacers (I use those by breeze), the bullet holes in bodies don't work. I hope that get's fixed here too.

*New shell casings, (same models, but smarter textures)
* Shell casings now *match* the ammo of the weapon! (derp @devs)

* ..........and **FINALLY!!!** ability to riddle characters will holes (decals)
(original vanilla limit -as in the limit in YOUR GAME right now- is just 3 decals per character)

The mod would have a greater impact (see what i did there) in FO3 due to there being more walls, more interiors, and more confined spaces in FO3 than in FNV.

Shooting a wall with regular bullets using a minigun or a shotgun (with Godmode activated) would yield the exact cap/max particles as this mod would.
