    There is a blur in this pic that you don't often use... I like it. Care to explain what you did here?

      It's motion blur, I use a PS plugin but there's nothing here that can't be done with the base program. I have used it before but not as heavily, there's also noise which is something I rarely use.

      PS plugin... ok I'll check that out. I could also try the ReShade and see how that works on it.

      The plugin is Topaz lens filters. it's not free though, it can done with PS's own motion blur, I use the plugin because it let's you mess with other stuff as well.
