Rigged this up and did the facial animations last night. I'm really liking the mesh nekronom has made here. This is still a WIP though.

I added some dirt to the facial texture and some sweat to the specular map. I hope you guys like it.

    Those sunglasses doesn't fit to the overall look of boone, but he looks ten times better than before.

    That's fantastic. His lip syncing seems better than vanilla characters now, too.
