This is a cloned and retextured version of one of the RWS mount 'cloaks' for an undead horse. The original (beta) RWS submission is here:
RWS Mounts (Beta)
The ZIP file contains an undead mount cloak appearance using the naming convention of the skeleton creature, two textures (diffuse and normal), and a text file with an Appearance.2da entry for a mounted skeleton.
You will need the original RWS Mounts files (linked to above) for the correct animations and stances (currently limited in the beta release).
WARNING - For some reason the undead horse/cloak doesn't show up in the toolset properly, but works fine in the game
