This builder resource provides a third large set of quality placeables for use with the Neverwinter Nights 2 toolset and game. It is an expansion to the set provided with the City-State Project Volumes I and II. This release includes contributions contributions by myself, as well as models ported from Neverwinter Nights hakpacks and from many free sources. A big thanks go to these authors for their fine contributions!!!
The placeables are being released under the CC-BY SA 3.0 license to accomodate the original licenses for the included content. Credit for these contributions are described in the CREDITS.txt file included in the download.
To include these placeables in your toolset:
The additions will appear in the Placeables blueprints under the name 'CITY-STATE'.

To include these placeables in your toolset:
- Copy the CityState3.hak and placeables.2da files to the "Neverwinter Nights 2\hak" folder under your user documents directory
- Launch the NWN2 Toolset and open your module
- Under the View menu, select the Module Properties item
- Click on the ellipsis in the Hak Packs field to bring up the dialog
- Select Add
- Click on the ellipsis in the FileName field and select the CityState.hak
- Click on Okay then select Import... from the File menu
- Open the city-state3.erf file
The additions will appear in the Placeables blueprints under the name 'CITY-STATE'.
