Inventory screen and party bar tweak for Tchos HD UI

I made some tweaks to Tchos HD UI mod for my personal use.
Longer narrower inventory screen.
Adjusted effects icons to stack 4 high.
Adjusted the numbered hit point display to fit the new portrait ratio.
