This Mod Will add a second troop tree to each vanilla faction as well as civilians. This mod is still in development, not all factions are out yet, but feel free to give the ones that are out a try.

Peasant woman into medic or scout.
Farmer into siege engineer of drillmaster
The Order Of Light for Swadia - expensive elite troops. Knights of the order are the best cavalry so far.
The Fallen for Rhodoks - close combat Specialists
Valkayria For Nords - Warrior women (Not Out Yet)
The Dominion For Vaegir - Quick cheap foot soldiers with slow expensive cavalry support (Not Out Yet)
syndicate For Sarranids - melee/ranged hybrid units (Not Out Yet)
Borenia for kherigate - Nomadic Foot Soldiers, limited mounted units (Not Out Yet)
