v0.11b Fixed a bug with merchants having the wrong inventories. Gave new NPCs Gambesons rather than padded leather (since that removes the recruit Marnid quest). Players starting as squires now get standard (rather than rusty/tattered/swaybacked) equipment. Pikemen changed to Halberdiers (with glaives, real halberds will be introduced later)
