They aren't the cleanest source files, and I probably didn't comment everything. The troops.py is almost completely redone with lots of templates that I use to keep the troops fairly uniform in regard to skills.
I also probably inadvertently cut out some of the 7.51 changes when I was swapping it over to 7.51, since I just used some of my original files, like the dialog one (not sure what dialog changes might have come with 7.51, if any) and the others have big chunks pasted in over the original stuff.
Feel free to use what you want of it in your own mods, as long as you give me credit.
