Today we have the sixteenth episode of our Mod of the Month series, celebrating the best mods from August 2016. The idea behind this series is to release a video every month honoring the best mods released in that particular month, as decided by popular vote.

Our mod of the month for August 2016 is Insanity's (Dwemer) Weapons of Morrowind - For Morrowind By InsanitySorrow, Flash3113, and Markel, a beautiful and detailed weapon replacer for the models and textures of Dwemer weapons in Morrowind, using the models originally designed for InsanitySorrow's Oblivion mod "Weapons of Morrowind" and ported into Morrowind along with Flash3113's replacers for Dwemer spears. This is probably the highest quality replacer available for Dwemer weapons, and hence why it's our Mod of the Month.

Second choice for mod of the month is UnderWater - A Plug-In for Morrowind By JMK, this is a fairly large quest mod involving a series of Necromancer attacks across Vvardenfell, a secret society at the bottom of the sea, and lots and lots of quests to go on in order to stop the Necromancer threat, and also do a few things on the side. With so much content, UnderWater is a fun little mod to recommend and definitely worth checking out.

Finally, our third choice for Mod of the Month is Unique Jewelry By Flash3113, a graphics replacer for some of the named enchanted items in Morrowind, such as amulets and rings, and really this is designed to complement Unique Finery, since it covers a lot of the basic enchanted items that you normally find in leveled lists throughout vanilla Morrowind that were missed by the Unique Finery mod. It's also a really good replacer that adds some variety to the items you can find, and well worth playing if you like that sort of thing.
