This week for Morrowind Modding Showcases, we're taking a look at one of the major graphical texture overhauls for Morrowind, the Morrowind Visual Pack by Ayse, Lord Gabryael, Qarl, Raptre, & Zuldazug. One of the first major overhauls of its kind, the Morrowind Visual Pack came out in 2005 with the goal of updating Morrowind's textures to be a bit more graphically impressive while maintaining a mostly lore-friendly style, and it came out at around the same time as another major texture overhaul, Vibrant Morrowind, though obviously they're quite different. The Morrowind Visual Pack covers most of the architecture, landscape, rocks, flora, and even various smaller items with new textures that are visually appealing and certainly worth checking out.
