BBCode Functionality Added

  • Comment
Here's yet another feature addition to TESSource that I've been working on recently. While the BBCode functionality has always been there (but never visually available to writers) certain aspects of the site are now BBCode enabled. These areas include:

    • File descriptions (written by file uploaders)
    • File comments
    • News comments

The easy way to tell whether an area is BBCode enabled is to look for the BBCode menu. If it's there it's enabled! For more information on using BBCode on TESSource you can read my guide on BBCode for Source Sites at the Member Portal.

Well, I kept the description in both languages... *sigh* Anyway, thank you for quick answer.

I don't really endorse Russian or foreign text on TESSource -- mainly because the site is English speaking and in order to properly moderate the database I need it to be in English. While the ability might have been there in the past, if it no longer is due to this change then I can't say I'm bothered.

    Sorry.

Well, the codes work nice, but my russian text turned to a stream of numbers with &# prefix. It worked correctly when I uploaded my file for the first time, but it was before these codes were included...
So, is there any way to get back cyrillic letters?

Does this mean quotes will display properly?
