Author notes
I really only worry about permissions when it comes to people taking a mod and claiming they made it instead and thus removing users access to the file. As long as you don't do that I really don't care.

I tried Veets missing bound armor (http://veet_vojagig.tripod.com/missingbounds.html) and veedubs improvedbound (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=988) and found that both had an annoying drawback as the scripts that make them work only work for the player and not npcs. So I went a different route and just added the pauldrons to the gloves and the greaves to the boots and upped the stats for the gloves and boots as well as adding the spell effects that improvedbound used to the boots and gloves. This will work for all Npcs and companions as well as for the player.
