There is two .esp files in this mod. The one that is marked with (MW) is for the people that don't have Tribunal installed.
Extract all the files inside Data Files folder to Morrowind\Data files directory
and from your Morrowind launcher, select New Boots of Blinding Speed.esp.

2. About this mod

This mod replaces the Boots of Blinding Speed with new high quality meshes and textures with normal and reflection maps.
This mod is combatible with The Morrowind Patch Project and Morrowind Code Patch.

3.Playing the plug-in

Just check the mod in your Morrowind launcher and Boots are replaced with new high quality textures and meshes.

4. Incompatibilities

All the other Blinding Speed boots replacers.
************************************************************
5. Save Games

It shouldn't mess up your savegames, but just in case, backup your original savegames.
