This is just a small mod that changes the shape of the Quartz Boots found in the Sotha Sil Expanded mod. All the mod does is remove the folded over tip of the shoe in favor for a flatter, smoother style. To install the mod, you'll need to take the folder 'Meshes' and place it in your Morrowind Data Files folder, you may want to make a backup of the file "a_Asent_Bt_F.nif" found in Data Files/Meshes/Sotha if you don't like the mod. I would make an .esp, but I'm not entirely sure on how to go about doing that.
