This plugin adds various books from the Imperial Library website (http://til.gamingsource.net/), from the sections "Jobasha's Rare Texts" and "Obscure Texts".
Jobasha's Rare Texts are, of course, for sale at Jobasha's Rare Books in Vivec. The Obscure Texts are hidden accordingly to their content all over Vvardenfell, some are rather easy to find, others will be near impossible (for example the Love Letter from the 5th Era).
