Nord House Mod

The Nord House is a pretty subterranen cottage, consisting of 3 layers, Main, Armoury and the Lower section.
Look at the north side of the cliffs east of balmora.
This house is located to the north east of Balmora. It features everything anyone could need during the game, whatever path they choose. It Isnt Grandiose, on the Outside, but is a small nord house built into the mountainside. It has a small enclosure with a few plants (as you can see on the screenshot). On the inside i have incorporated everything i have ever needed with this game. Along with a HUGE underground weapons storgae facility (with each table marked ofr its relevant armour) Also inluded are liquor cabinets, shelves for potions, A Jar for every ingredient in Morrowind/Tribunal/Bloodmoon, a bed, money box, dwemer storage stuff etc. Youll love it!
Be sure to watch out for stuff that clumsy alchemist has dropped. Beside the bed, under the wardrobe, in pots etc.

3S Mannequin Mod
----------------
By TheSot, Snazelfrat, and StevenStrange

Mannequins suitable for display of clothing and armor. Find them for sale at Clagius Clanler's in Blamora, Jeanne's shop in the Vivec Foreign Quarter canalworks, Tiras Sadus' in Ald'ruhn, and Verick Germain's in Caldera, as well as various trader shops around Morrowind. Also find them on display in clothier and armorer shops around the island. To place a mannequin, stand where you want the mannequin to be, and drop it from your inventory. The mannequin will be placed in the same location and facing as your character. To display armor or clothing, open the mannequin like a container and place apparel items inside. To move the mannequin, open it like a container, and click take all, or simply take the mannequin. Note, however, that if you take the mannequin and close the inventory window with items still in the mannequin's inventory, those items will be lost. A warning will appear to remind you of this.

Known Limitations:
If placed too close to an NPC, the mannequin's head will track to face the
NPC. I could not find a way around this.
If a mannequin is removed from its own inventory and other items remain in
the mannequin's inventory, those items will be lost when the inventory
window is closed. There is a wanrning message to remind you of this.
Mannequins are theft-proof. If you steal from a display mannequin, you will
be caught.

Version History:
1.1: Fixes a bug where the mannequins get up and walk around if you go to sleep in the same area.
1.2: Fixes a bug which caused the script on mannequins sold by Clagius Clanler and others not to run.
