Story:
In a new breakthrough in security, researchers in Telvanni have designed fabulous new armor to equip guards with. This allows guards to be completely undetectable by criminals, so that criminals don't know how likely they are to be caught.
BTW, I left their weapons visible, so at least you have a chance.
