This mod adds fully functioning magicka regeneration to the game and works without any downsides or gimmicks.
List of features:
*Works with all races and birthsigns, both vanilla and modded
*Takes the atronach birthsign into account
*Simple and optimized
*Also properly calculates magicka for time waited/passed
*Relatively easy to customize
