Merchants will no longer restock alchemy ingredients after they are bought.

Merchants will no longer restock alchemy ingredients after they are bought. A simple mod to add challenge and immersion.
The reason I chose this is due to the player being able to quickly gain nearly infinite amounts of gold by selling potions as well as an endless supply of benefits from drinking them. Even at maximum difficulty, the world did not feel very intimidating.
Ingredients must now be gathered from objects and monsters. All merchants will start with the same amount of ingredients as usual. Only ingredients are affected. Potions, scrolls, and everything else will still restock as usual.
Limited Alchemy Ingredients
-Merchants will not restock ingredients.
Extremely Limited Ingredients
-Merchants will not restock ingredients.
-Ingredients inside containers will not respawn.
It is not necessary to download both files, as "Extremely Limited Ingredients" contains all of the modifications found in "Limited Alchemy Ingredients".
Both files have been cleaned with TESTool.
