I was trying to find a small player home for me on Nexus, but non of them were rly for me. Either they were too big and fancy, or they were too small and unpolished. So I decided to try and make one myself ! Please be nice since this is my first mod ever with any game

Requirements: Tribunal and Bloodmoon
A small-ish house mod for Morrowind. Located in Balmora right next to Itan's house (Where the white circle is)
The house is unlocked and doesn't have a key, because I don't know how to do that.

- Shrine to St. Veloth
- Lots of storage
- Several planters with different flora
- Small kitchen and dinning
- 3 floors (Main floor, 2nd floor, and ladder to roof)

Install:
Use NMM !
(aka big green button that says download with manager)
Installing manually:
(You no longer need another mod ! Everything is included in this mod)
- Download my mod
- Unzip everything into your Data Files directory
- Check the "Cozy Balmora Tower Home.esp" in the data files in the launcher
- You're done !
Updating:
If things are looking weird after updating, try updating on a clean save;
- Remove your stuff from the house, step outside and make a save
- Uncheck ESP in the data files in the launcher
- Open the new save file and make another save
- replace the old ESP with the new version and re-check the ESP in the data files in the launcher
- Should look fine now !
Un-Installing manually:
- Uncheck ESP in the data files in the launcher
- Delete the ESP in the data folder
- (you can also delete each mesh and texture but it's no necessary for the mod to not show)

Recommended Mods:Any mods that makes Morrowind look better ! I personally use MSGO and some other smaller ones (check out the images if you want to see what the house looks like vanilla)
Compatibility:
Should work fine w/ any mods, unless they change the area where the tower is placed.
Bugs:
Nothing I known of so far. (That hasn't been fixed)
However it seems to have ruined the guard outside's pathing, so he just kinda stands on the stairs forever
