This mod makes magical skill progression based on the amount of magicka used, instead of number of spells cast. An edit of HotFusion4's original mod to be more compatible with my leveling mod, ncgdMW.
I redistribute this edited version of HotFusion4's mod under the same terms he did:

From HotFusion4's ReadMe:
"Me [HotFusion4] TESTool by GhostWheel Readme template by Glassboy Original Magicka reduction script by Horatio Spell Detection script is a modified verion of Horatio's Method of refunding magicka was invented by Eldar Fix for multiple calls suggested by Galsiah Aragorn was the first person to notice the mis-assigned spell sounds in the CS All scripters owe thanks to GhanBuriGhan from his canonical Morrowind Scripting For Dummies"
I, Greywander, merely edited this mod for greater compatibility with my own mod.

* Important! * This mod is intended to be used with ncgdMW. This mod will not work properly without it, and you would be better off using the original mod instead.
Make sure you put this mod after ncgdMW in your load order, or you will continue to gain XP for your magic skills as normal, which can cause you to increase that magic skill when you're not supposed to.
"This mod makes magical skill progression based on the amount of magicka used, instead of number of spells cast." -HotFusion4 It also refunds a portion of the magicka cost of a spell based on your skill level, effectively reducing the cost of spells as your skill increases. You still need enough magicka to cast the spell without the reduced cost, though.
This mod was not made by me, but but HotFusion4. I merely edited it to be more compatible with my leveling mod, Natural Character Growth and Decay - Morrowind Edition. Major changes are that the magic quiz is disable, as ncgdMW doesn't distinguish between Major, Minor, and Misc skills, not between specialization. The skill books have also been disabled, as they are not needed due the my overhaul of the leveling system.
Here's HotFusion4's usage terms, straight from the readme: "Feel free to use any of the resources I provided in this plugin, but give credit to me where it is due."
