Arbitus is a Khajiit Fire Mage that may be found west of Molag Mar. No, there is no relation between Molag Mar and Bet-Molag. While he sports a bit of baggage due to his past, overall he is very quiet (As per a request from the Morrowind Modding Community Discord). 

This mod features: 

♦ A flame-centric cat on a mission to burn the world.

♦ Grumpy's Companion Script. He doesn't get stuck on rocks!

♦ Very little dialogue. If you are looking for a companion that'll just shut up for once, Arbitus will serve nicely.
