This mod adds a beach shack, and a docking area with two other shacks, west of Vivec.
These shacks come without furniture. This mod is meant to be used with a furniture mod or Morrowind Crafting.
To claim the main shack, you will have to deal with a powerful and non-to-friendly mudcrab.
This mod is compatible with Tamriel Rebuilt and Morrowind Rebirth (Version 4.0)
