Makes skills advance almost 1000x as fast as normal. (Only way to cheat and level at the same time)
In other words, every action in the game levels the skill once. So for instance, handtohand levels with every hit until 100. (or if you have a skill uncap, it levels until infinity or what ever)

Please just read the readme... It is VERY important, or you will just run into problems down the line..........

Why not use "setskill <skill_name> #" console command???
Because, "setskill" does NOT count toward level progression.
And since we don't have "modskill" like in oblivion which DOES count towards level progression, this mod is the best alternative.
