A sword of icy souls once wielded by a swords-women who walked the border of life and death.

Skin is of the steel katana, it absorbs magicka, causes frost damage and traps souls. 

It is located in Sedya Neen on top of the lighthouse.

This is my first mod and i made it as a test.
