Makes small changes to the leveling system to prevent having to meticulously plan out skill increases in order to boost character attributes.

Features:
1. Skill xp gain has been individually increased so that every skill levels up more naturally without having to resort to training. In the list below I put how much the skill's original leveling rate was altered, followed by the amount of xp I got for doing a single action (hitting, getting hit, pickpocketing, making potion, etc.) at skill level 50, with the skill being specialized and majored in for maximum gain so that you can see how things are balanced relative to each other.

2. It's now much easier to reach x5 attribute multiplier on level up, not so easy that every attribute gets an automatic +5 though:
No skill increases = no multiplier (1 point)
1 skill increases = 2×
2 skill increases = 3×
3 skill increases = 4×
4 or more skill increases = 5×
3. Governing attributes for many skills have been changed to make more sense. Every character archetype should be able to get the attributes they need more easily.
Strength: All 5 weapon skills
Agility: Armorer, Block, Marksman, Sneak, Security
Intelligence: Alchemy, Conjuration, Enchant, Mysticism
Willpower: Alteration, Destruction, Restoration
Endurance: Unarmored, Light Armor, Medium Armor, Heavy Armor
Speed: Athletics, Acrobatics, Hand-to-hand
Personality: Illusion, Mercantile, Speechcraft
Individual changes:
Short Blade from Speed to Strength
Spear from Endurance to Strength
Armorer from Strength to Agility
Security from Intelligence to Agility
Mysticism from Willpower to Intelligence
Light Armor from Agility to Endurance
