About this mod

Makes Cliff Racers' aggressiveness depend on how badly Player is wounded.
Diseased Cliff Racers now have smaller aggression radius, but are less likely to flee than normal ones.
Blighted Cliff Racers now have larger aggression radius and will never flee.

Permissions and credits
Cliff Racers being extremely annoying pests has long been considered one of the problems of Morrowind. Even the devs admitted that the sheer number of them was a mistake, or so they say.
Yet, these annoying screeching bastards became, in time, one of the most iconic symbols of this game. I, too, feel a certain attachment to these bastards.


Thus, I decided to create a more interesting alternative to all those "passive cliff racers", or even "cliff racers removed"-style mods out there. Instead dumbing them down to the level of pure eyecandy, I gave them a new, scripted AI, essentially turning Cliff Racers into some sort of airborne piranhas:

 - If your character's health is full, cliff racers will only attack you if you come relatively close to them.
 - If your character is wounded, even a bit, cliff racers will smell your blood and attack you from a wider range. The more wounded you are, the further from they'll come after your sweet meat.
 - Diseased cliff racers will only attack if you come close to them, but won't flee from you as soon too.
 - Blighted cliff racers, being crazy monsters they are, will attack you from afar and won't flee no matter how much you'll bash their dumb heads.

So, essentially, you can now travel in relative peace provided you keep your character healthy. But if some other creature wounds you while there are cliff racers around...

...beware. By the Gods, beware.
