this mod will most likely fuck up your game, if you want to play on your games with the mod enabled.
just UNCHECK it in the launcher if you don't want every NPC talking like david guetta on dr*gs

THIS MOD features a large group of people including david guetta dancing in front of the Hlaalu mansion in Balmora
you can steal his record on the turnedtables and even have a big fun with the smoke pipe ! get turned up dood !!
7.1 stereo effects in the music file provided by yoiurs truly ME
works fine with GeForce 8800 GTX directX 9; 10; 10.1; trust me please i'm a developer

3 - bugs ======
there are bugs such as all the people in the whool game talking like david guetta because i don't know how to make personnel (psst..) dialogues and also
resistance spells missing, (not a big deal because nobody cares about em seriously who's playing with stock spells in the game)

Unzipp the rar or 7zip file into your Data File folder, (be sure to place the Sound Fx in the corresponding folder). 
Check esp file system in your data launch menu in the original and steam game launcher.
