Ascadian Garden Isle - V 3 to 3.3 by Thondur.

Changelog: V 3.3

This will be the final version I promise! I decided against a quest for this mod because I think I have twidled enough with it; just pretend that it is your inheritance from a pat on relative...

Swaped the oven in the kitchen for a NOM friendly one, and added a NOM grill in the fireplace of the lighthouse so now you can cook in both places!
The waterfall is already NOM friendly so there is your watersource.
I swaped the secretary desk upstairs for the ingredient sorting one (looks identical) by Gaius Atrius from his lovely "Wizard's rest".
Also addeed the ingredient de-sorting scrolls to the desk, they and the oven and grill are also borrowed from Wizard's rest and all credit for these wonderful resources goes to Gaius Atrius. Excerpt from the readme by Gaius:

(...alchemy desorter with 25 different potion types, (scrolls)

To use the desorter, sort your ingredients with the alchemy sorter,(click on one of two books on the desk) then click on the scroll that matches the potion type you would like to make. You will be given back any ingredients you have put in the sorter that can be used to make that type of potion, based on your Alchemy skill level. (The ingredients that are returned depend on what your character would be able to recognize as having that effect, dependant upon your Alchemy skill.)

Please note that the ingredient sorter works only for original ingredients of which you have plenty on this Isle. The custom fruit and veggies added by this mod also can not be sorted at the desk. However there is alchemy equipment in both the house and the lighthouse and plenty of storage for "irregular fruit".
For this purpose I have added a bit more storage to the lighthouse.
Finally I added one more hammock on a sandy Island off shore, so hang ten and enjoy!

Important note for Installation!
All needed Meshes and Textures are provided with this mod, extract them into the corresponding folders in your Data folder, however some of the mesh files do not always find their right path; should you encounter some yellow missing meshes signs ingame, then copy those meshes out of their subfolder and place them directly into your Meshes folder etc.
This worked for me and there is no reason it should not work.

cHANGELOG: v 3.1

Fixed a really stupid mistake where all the doors on the lighthouse were chargen and prevented new chrackter creation. Sorry for the trouble this may have caused you

CHANGELOG: V 3

Fixed the Fruitree files, now in their own folder as NIF files.
Consolidated loose NIF's. There are only 3 folders now: Meshes, Icons and Textures; extract their contents into the respective folders in your Data folder. Post a comment if you have problems but this works for me and everything should be there.
Attention! If you plan to use the fruittrees as a resource, the "orangetree2" is what I used as an apple tree, there is no actual apple tree nif included.
I left out the original Fruit tree resource folder this time.

DESCRIPTION:

This is a remake of my earlier "Landscaped Hideaway Cottage" and I made the changes to suit my personal whim, so if you did like the earlier version you may not neccesarily like this one or you may like it even more. I thought it has some neat features so I decided to release it to the public after all.

The original house is still the one made by Shezrie and all credit for the building and location of the house go to her. I made some minor exterior changes to the house previously and kept them in this version.
Landscaping of pond and garden is the same as in "LHC" with the following additions:
.

An Orchard of fruit trees is nearby the cottage now, with harvestable apples, oranges, pears and banana; also a Tomato and a Watermelon vine, and on the beaches including some off shore Islands there are palm trees that give coco nuts.
Toward the bridge to Ebonheart there is a farmed field of Vvardenfel plants.
In other words an Alchemical Eden.

There is also a lighthouse added to the tip of the Island, which by rights serves as the Ebonheart lighthouse; it has basic furnishings and serves mostly for looks and a great view from top! Attention! You can pop out the hatch at very top of the light house, but you cannot walk around; this is not exactly a bug there is just not enough room. You will be stuck in place but you can look around and get back inside no problem.
There are hammocks placed in various locations to hang out and a couple of haystacks with useful items hidden in them.

I made some changes inside the house this time around; I changed the bed in the master bedroom to a custom canopy bed, and the standard canopy bed downstairs to an open bed.
Added a model ship in the master bedroom, bookcases in the living room, an alchemy set and a stew pot and stew bowl also in the kitchen; a sorting table downstairs in the storage room.

The biggest change is that I deleted the pool room in the basement; I never had a use for it with two beach fronts and a private pond with waterfall, and it was the one thing that bothered me about the house. (Sorry Shezrie) Instead there is a transport shoot that takes you directly to the vivec Foreign quarters underworks. (be sure to wear your swimsuit)

I deleted most of the attacking animals on the Island so it is a peaceful retreat; no changes however in the water!

There are no "ueber items" except perhaps a vanilla claymore which I "tweaked" to my taste. So I think that this can be a nice starter home where you can practice your Alchemy skills, with plenty of loot storage as you level up.

USAGE:

OPen the Zip folder and extract the esp file to your Morrowind Data folder, place the contents of the Texture, Icons and Meshes folder into their corresponding folders within your Data folder; check the "Ascadian Garden Isle" in your Data Files Launch window and enjoy!
