                              Ascadian Garden Isle
                                 a player retreat

Description:This is a remake of my earlier "Landscaped Hideaway Cottage" and I made the changes to suit my personal whim, so if you did
like the earlier version you may not necessarily like this one or you may like it even more. I thought it has some neat features so I decided
to release it to the public after all as a new file. Follow this link to the previous versions below on Morrowind Modding History.

The original house is still the one made by Shezrie and all credit for the building and location of the house go to her.
I made some minor exterior changes to the house previously and kept them in this version.
Landscaping of pond and garden is the same as in older versions with the following additions:

An Orchard of fruit trees is nearby the cottage now, with harvest-able apples, oranges, pears and banana; also a Tomato and a Watermelon vine,
and on the beaches including some off shore Islands there are palm trees that give coco nuts. All new fruit have Alchemical properties.
Toward the bridge to Ebonheart there is a farmed field of Vvardenfel plants.
In other words an Alchemical Eden to experiment on potions.

There is also a lighthouse added to the tip of the Island, which by rights serves as the Ebonheart lighthouse; it has basic furnishings and serves
mostly for looks and a great view from top! Attention! You can pop out the hatch at the very top of the light house, but you cannot walk
around; this is not exactly a bug there is just not enough room. You will be stuck in place but you can look around and get back inside no
problem.
There are hammocks placed in various locations to hang out and a couple of haystacks with useful items hidden in them. I added some
interior resources by Korana, and there is one major change from the original in the interior. See Read Me for details on those Interior
changes and Credits for resources used.

INSTALLATION:
I recommend to use NMM via manual download, that is download manually to desktop then use NMM to install from there; or
download manually and extract the files in the folder to the
corresponding files in the Morrowind Data folder.
Cleaned with Enchanted Editor.

Special Note:
I will upload all my mods from "yesteryear" to the Nexus over the next few weeks. All these mods I created as
"Thondur" and were previously hosted only on "Planet Elder Scrolls" where they have been sitting for years.
Ascadian Garden Isle was my personal favorite player home and Shezrie's first house mod for Morrowind.
All my mods are also available at Morrowind Modding History, a really great site for Morrowind mods you should check it out!
Please understand that for now the mods are presented "as is" and I do not mod for Morrowind at the moment; in fact it has been so long that I do not
even remember how I did some things I created in these mods. If there are any Bugs they willhave to wait or you have to fix them yourself. Fair warning. It is my hope to "get back into the game" as it were one of these days as I still care a great deal for this great game. While I
mod and play mostly in Skyrim now, Morrowind will always have the strongest emotional connection with me. Exploring it for the first time is an experience that will stay with me forever. I hope that you will enjoy some or all of my mods in your game, Cheers,

Changelog:
Changelog: V 3.3
This will be the final version I promise! I decided against a quest for this mod because I think I have twidled enough with it; just pretend that it
is your inheritance from a past on relative...What I always wanted for this house was an ingredient sorter. Many thanks and credit to Gaius
Atrius for providing one!
See readme for full details of changes and tips on possible trouble shooting!

Changelog: V 3.1
Fixed a really dumb mistake that prevented new character creation with this
mod loaded. Now you can be a farmer in style fresh off the boat!
Cleaned with Enchanted Editor again.

CHANGELOG: V 3
Fixed the Fruit tree files, now in their own folder as NIF files.
Consolidated loose NIF's. There are only 3 folders now: Meshes, Icons and Textures;
extract their contents into the respective folders in your Data folder.
Post a comment if you have problems but this works for me and everything should be there.
Attention! If you plan to use the fruit trees as a resource, the "orangetree2" is what I used as an apple tree, there is
no actual apple tree Nif included.
I left out the original Fruit tree resource folder this time.
One more thing! The fruit on both versions of the Orange tree is blank; that is not a glitch you have to use Lady E's fruit resource and place
either Apples or Oranges yourself.
