The Forgotten Legend - A Helm of Tohan Overhaul

-part of Morrowind Modding Maddness, week three!

                This mod is a overhaul of the Bethesda plugin Helm of Tohan, which claimed to have been legendary, yet there was no legend to be seen. This mod intends on fixing that, breathing life into Tohan. This mod currently adds a new version of the helm, a rapier to accompany it, a new book, a quest and Tohan himself, though not as what you might expect.
