This mod adds a new shop to the bottom-most level of the Dwemer ruin on the side of Red Mountain known as Bthanchend. The merchant, a Khajiit named Suvanto, sells some of the craziest weaponry and armor in Morrowind.

Suvanto doesn't sell to just anyone, however, and to convince him of your worthiness, you will need either a Reputation of 50 while being Level 35, or have a Personality level of 80, or a Speechcraft level of 75.

The offerings in Suvanto's Shop are as follows:

The Inductor: Drop it from your inventory to the ground and activate. Load a Daedra filled soul gem and close. The Daedra's resistances will be transferred to you for 24 hours.

Obstructing Key: Drop it from your inventory to the ground to place a door in the game world 100 game units in front of you. Activate the door to set its rotational speed or stop it at the desired angle (z-axis).

Rail Hammer: Bash open door or container locks, assuming you have sufficient strength and blunt weapon skill.

Mecha Staff: Disarm your opponents of their weapon, armor, clothing and accoutrements (except rings, as that would be silly), assuming you have sufficient Agility and Spear Skill.

Spark Stick: Shrink your opponents 10% on each hit (also reducing their strength and health proportionally); then watch their tiny corpses fly across the screen when you finish them off.

Bookworm Blade: Confuse your humanoid opponents, sending them running in different directions and then forgetting why they were mad at you in the first place. Required stats are Strength and Longblade.

Blackwood Ward: Powerful shield, if you are infected with Porphyric Hemophilia.

Daedric Ramming Face: Powerful helm, if you have the Strength to wield it.

Exhausting Pauldron: Unique pauldron (right), if you have the endurance for it.

Orgish Mask: One of a kind (well, that's true of everything in Suvanto's Shop) mask, if you are an Orc.
