This tomb is located in the Grazelands Region. Along with the house this mod adds five new NPCs who function as teleporters to and from the house's interior. They can be found near the Silt Strider ports in Suran, Balmora, Ald-Ruhn and in the Vivec Foreign Quarter. The house itself features a storage room with high capacity chests and plenty of shelving, a master bedroom, a main area where a teleporter can be found, a kitchen with more storage space and a small alchemy lab with a flower garden.
