About this mod

A collection of many improvements for LegoManIAm94's Buy a House mod.

Permissions and credits
This mod is meant to improve LegoManIAm94's Buy a House mod by generally improving aesthetics and also tweaking dialogue and much more. As you can see below, much was changed or improved, especially the general aesthetics of the houses.
Most notably, prices have all been tweaked/re-balanced: you will no longer have to pay 10,000 gold for a single room or 12,000 gold for a hut. The new prices have been put in line with Oblivion's prices (i.e, the lowest house is only a little more expensive than Oblivion's 2,000 gold shack because it is one room, but a little fancy.) But many things were done to the mods, so look below.

~You can now talk to anyone in each of the major towns to ask who sells the house in that town and where to talk to them instead of having to look it up on the mod page.

~The journals are more informative and helpful, telling both the location of the houses and where to find the sellers of both the house itself and the furniture.

~Adds ALOT more furniture and static decorations. The balmora house has over 330 items of furniture now. Empty space has been tactfully and tastefully filled without making the houses seem cluttered. Weapon racks also added.

~The Balmora house has been reworked, now having 3 full floors instead of one floor and a staircase/hall leading to a bedroom. It has also been given a unique name, "Thanustone Manor" (equivalent of Oblivion's Rosethorn hall).

~Fixes grammatical errors in the dialogue and also makes it seem more natural.

~The Vivec house, instead of being a small single room for 10000 gold, is now two floors and is also well furnished, being worth that price plus a little more.

~Added an entirely new house to both Caldera and Pelegiad (since the original mod previously didn't have any imperial/nord style houses).

~All furniture added is properly buyable (it's not just there when you buy the house) to stay lore friendly.

~All prices tweaked (i.e. the one-room hut in Ald-rhun now costs 3000 instead of 12000.)

List of re-balanced prices:
3,000 - Ald-rhun - a slightly fancy hut - (previously 12,000)
4,000 - Sadrith Mora - 2 small floors (one room each) - (previously 8,000)
5,000 - Pelegiad (new) - One medium room with a basement
11,000 - Vivec (reworked) - Two floors (the first is big with a seperate kitchen) - (Previously 10,000 for a single room)
14,000 - Caldera (new) - 2 floors and a storage loft
25,000 - Balmora (reworked) - 3 floors - (previously the second floor was just a hallway and the third was just a small bedroom)

Thanks to LegoManIAm94 for making the great mod which this was based off of and giving me permission to post it.

NOTE: Due to Morrowind's old script engine, If you made a save with the original Buy A House, then you may have to disable the mod, make a new save, then enable this one in order for it to work properly.
