Vigil's Morrowind Crafting House v2

WHAT IS THIS MOD?
Vigil's Morrowind Crafting House is a player housing mod that adds a house Balmora for sale, purchaseable from Nileno Dorvayn at the Hlaalu Council House for the sum of 5,000 gold. The point is to provide not only a storage location on the convenient city of Balmora, giving you plenty of storage space and access to a Silt Strider that, with a few connections, can take you almost anywhere in Vvardenfell, but also comes equipped with Morrowind Crafting tools and equipment. As far as I know, all the tools you need are included, but NO materials are provided. If you think something should be added, let me know. A free set of the lowest-quality Alchemy gear is also provided to complete the crafting experience. As well, the small two-story house contains a note and enchanted pickaxe (which does not work for mining, sadly) to help flesh out the story around the house.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod requires both Morrowind Crafting 2.0 and its Equipment add-on, as well as all expansions (since Morrowind Crafting requires them). It's incompatibile with any mods that add a building where I did, but I don't know which since I don't have those. Also incompatible with any mods that overwrite Nileno Dorvayn's "Balmora" topic entry, since I used it to give you the option to purchase a house. On the bright side, it is compatible with OpenMW and is a great companion to my Pelagiad Travel mod that gives more travel options in Seyda Neen, Pelagiad and Caldera.

HOW TO USE
Just extract the .esp to your "Data Files" folder and load it. From there, find Nileno Dorvayn in the Hlaalu Council House and ask her about Balmora and then purchase house in Balmora for 5,000 gold and get the key. Alternatively, if you're a thief type, you could just pick the lock on the doors and get in, because this is Morrowind and choice is key (hehe).

WARNING: If you have an older version of the mod, remove it, start your game, ignore the warning, save, then install the new version. IMPORTANT: Your stored items WILL BE DELETED so move them, even just to right outside the house. NOTE: To avoid paying for the house again, you can use the console to either unlock the doors or give you 5,000 gold to buy the house.

WHAT'S NEXT
Likely nothing. If there's bugs (which this is likely too simple for), I might fix them. If I missed something you think I should add, I might add it because this is for my own use as well. I may or may not make a quest around the house and the dead Lord Vigil if I have an inspiration for one. I will not be making MC houses in other towns, sadly, because I don't much see the point in it, since Balmora is a prime location with plenty of fast-travel options so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to get wherever you need to go.
I will try to get the tapestries to properly work with the new blood-splatter texture, and if anyone can help, please do. As well, if anyone can help me make the pick axe work for mining, please do so :)
