About this mod
Adds a spell merchant, near Balmora's South Wall Cornerclub, that sells spells that are not normally sold.

The spells available for purchase include:
-Fortify Attack
-Absorb Skill
-Fortify Skill (Part of the vanilla spells, but easier to get now)
-Damage Skill
-Restore Skill
-Absorb Magicka
-Restore Magicka
-Stunted Magicka
-Fortify Maximum Magicka
-Resist Normal Weapons
-Weakness to Normal Weapons
-Sun Damage
Some of these spells do not calculate properly with spellmaking or enchanting because they are no supposed to be part of the game. So use your best judgement for staying balanced or become completely overpowered and go crazy.

Installation: Put in Morrowind/Data Files and activate ESP from the Morrowind Launcher
