LUMINESCENT FLORA
This mod is fairly simple: It's a modder's resource pack that uses the Draggle-tail textures and reapplies them to other flora such as pine trees and grass. This does not add anything to you game, you have to put them into the construction set yourself.
REQUIREMENTS-
You need Morrowind and it's two expansion packs.

-Fixed the wierd pixalated look for the glowmapped files
INSTALLATION-
Pick which file you want and drag it's designated folder into where they belong.
PERMISSIONS: You can do what ever you want, though you have to thank the following:
