Very small mod, all it does is change the Mace of Molag Bal's enchantment from "Cast When Strikes" to "Cast When Used"
I did this because the mace has a very useful enchantment, allowing you to replenish your magicka and temporarily get some extra strength to boot. Unfortunately, the enchantment drains very quickly and since absorb effects don't stack, repeatedly hitting the same opponent with the mace is just wasting enchantment energy. What this translates to is you have to hit your enemy with the mace once, and then switch to something else to finish them off, making the Mace of Molag Bal feel more like a tool than an actual weapon. This mod addresses that by giving you control over when you want to cast the enchantment, nothing more and nothing less.
This mod is mostly for personal use but I figure someone else might utilize it as well.
This mod has been cleaned of GMST contamination.
