I originally made this mod to myself but decided to upload it!
Makes advancing in factions harder by increasing skill and attribute requirements, as well the "Faction Reputation" Requirement so you have to complete more quests to advance. Now you have to complete almost all quests to advance to highest rank!

Also added one new "favoured skill" to all factions.
