Adds teleportation rings to councilors, guild master, leaders, imperial knights etc. that allow instant transport to their respective guildhalls. All major and a few minor guilds covered. You can also seek out and locate Elias Sarethi, the creator of the rings, and find his combination rings.

Description:
This mod's sole purpose is to ease the burden of travel in morrowind in a lore friendly and seamlessly integrated manner.  So here we have it, each house and guild has what is called a guide ring.  The guide rings are powerful artifacts, named for Mage's Guild "Guides" who allow teleportation to various mage's guildhalls throughout Vvardenfell, these magical artifacts do just that without the fees, the middleman, the need to be in a particular location to use or the limitation of only being in mage's guild halls.

These rings are given to all councilors, leaders, champions and high ranking officials of the great houses and guilds.  There is also a ring hidden for each guild, usually in their headquarters.  These rings are single house/faction guide rings, they can teleport you to most, if not all, of the bastions of power for that ring's respective house/guild.  Combination Rings are more powerful and can only be found by finding the creator of the rings, Elias Sarethi.  See SPOILERS.txt for details.

Backstory:
Elias Sarethi was a mage in the Vivec Guild of Mages.  Sarethi was the pariah of the guildhall being both dunmer and a novice in the school of destruction, nevermind his mastery in the schools of mysticism and alteration.  In any case, the young dunmer was inspired by their guild guides to create a reliable means of magical transportation troughout Vvardenfell.  After a few months of work his produces his first ring and from there within months he had made magical rings for nearly all factions and houses in Morrowind.

Shortly after skyrocketing to fame Elias started getting bullied by disreputable people and evil creatures to make rings for their purposes.  Poor Elias dropped from the grid, which was followed by several interested parties placing contracts on his head.  Poor Elias hasn't been seen in months but whoever finds him may also find his rumored combination rings.

Means of Attaining:
House Rings are on house councilors and hidden in one location per house.  Same with Guild rings.  Both the combination rings and the 6th house ring are unique.  SPOILERS.txt lists the locations in detail.

Console IDs:
Rings can be added to the player via console using the "Player->AddItem ItemID Count", the ItemIDs for my rings will be listed below, count is clearly how many rings you want.

Compatibility:
Compatibility:  Directly modifies the inventory of all redoran, hlaalu and telvanni councilors.  Also directly modifies the inventory of Dagoth Gilvoth, leaders of the Morag Tong, The Fighter's Guild, The Mage's Guild, The Thieve's Guild and The Tibunal Temple as well as placing rings in the following cells in various concealed locations(See SPOILERS for details):

  • Vivec, Mage's Guild
  • Ald Velothi, Outpost

Installation:
Faction Teleportation Solutions.esp goes in you Morrowind/Data Files folder.  Check the .esp in the launcher prior to starting the game.

Removal:
Delete the Faction Teleportation Solutions.esp
