I liked the design of this artifact,but the enchantment made it totaly useless,i tweaked it in a way that make the blade usefull and Bipolar.

I liked the design of this artifact,but the enchantment made it totaly useless.I tweaked it in a way that make the blade usefull and keep the bipolar enchant style.

Slash: 5-60
Thrust: 1-40
New Enchant:
Cast when strike,
Damage health on touch: 10-50
Restore health on touch: 10-50
