Quality Restore health and Exclusive Restore Health still has a minor instant heal (25 and 50 health) but the rest of the potions healing effect last over time.
I've also made some minor tweaks to the prices of some of the potions
Cure disease potions will have a short debuff to fatigue regeneration (dam 1 fatigue over 300 sec).
Gameplaywise this means that it will be harder to manage your fatigue bar. My goal is to make the choice of curing a disease a tactical choice if
it is contracted in the middle of a dungeon.
