Ok first of all, this is my first mod that I have publicly released, SO DONT JUDGE TOO HARD!

[DESCRIPTION]
So when I played Morrowind for the first time and got the moon and star I didn't think much of it, sure it was an artifact and all but it didn't really help me finish the main quest. in the lore it says that the ring granted it's wearer "Supernatural Powers of Persuasion". Yes, because +5 to speech and personality will make anyone obey my commands without question. anyways, so what I did was I modified the enchantment to +25 to Personality and +50 to Speechcraft and Mercantile. People may think that this is a bit OP, but I think a ring that gives you "Supernatural Powers of Persuasion" should give you this much power.

Morrowind, that's it, nothing else.

[INSTALLATION]
If you have gotten this far you probably know how to install a mod as simple as this, drag the .esp into your data folder, open the Morrowind Launcher, click "Data Files" and check off the .esp labelled "Moon-and-Star improved.ESP". then click play.
