Casting magic now tires out mages. More encumbered you are, the more tiring it is to cast spells. At full encumberance expect to fatigue equal to the casting cost. At 0 encumberance, casting becomes effortless and costs 0% of the casting cost.

Casting magic now tires out mages. More encumbered you are, the more tiring it is to cast spells.
0% encumbrance = 0% spell cost as fatiguing
50% encumbrance = 50% spell cost as fatiguing
100% encumbrance = 100% spell cost as fatiguing
Requires MCP. Check "Game Formula Restoration". Fatiguing doesn't actually work without you having to change the settings yourself. So here's one so you don't have to.
