This is a simple player house mod for the moment that adds a dwemer ruin northwest of Ald-ruhn that can be cleared out and claimed as a player home, complete with Alchemy Ingredient Sorter! I was just in the mood to make a new dwemer player house, so I did!

-Adds a new dwemer ruin near Ald-ruhn that is ready to become a player house, once cleared out!
-Includes Alchemy Ingredient Sorter in the tower!
-Tons of Storage Containers and display space.
-Many rooms ready for you to display your collections.
-Small mining cavern.
-Master Bedroom.
-A survivor from the previous group that came to explore. She is a skilled alchemist and healer, and will offer services.
