About this mod
A small mod that adds some services and guards to the home of Baladas Demnevanni as well as aesthetic changes. Arvs-Drelen is finally fitting for a true Telvanni Wizard-Lord.

Ever thought that the home of the telvanni councilor-to-be looks a bit "bare" compared to the other telvanni lords strongholds?
This small mod of mine aims to fix that.
The main purpose of this mod was to add a purpose to the two formerly vacant rooms in the tower, to populate it with Baladas own retainers and to serve members of house telvanni as a far fetched outpost.
Current feutures include:
One Enchantress
One Alchemist
One Librarian
A couple of retainers and some guards to keep the peace.
Aestetic changes made to both the entrance and to the Upper Tower.
Compatability
Fully compatible with both Rise of House Telvanni and Uvirith's Legacy. This mod was actually intended to be played together with them.
Also compatible with Morrowind Rebirth.
Changelog
1.5 Fixed minor clipping and completed aestetic changes to the upper tower.

As always, i am open to requests and new idéas.
